When your order ships, you will also be sent an email confirmation which includes a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online. Your order will remain trackable within 30 days of the ship date.

All products shipped within Canada do not incur duties. All goods sold to people in Canada have a GST or HST tax which is added in at point of purchase. 

Almost anything you buy from Doctor Vape can be returned within 14 days with the exception of a few items below.

For returns, a specific protocol needs to be followed and we must be contacted in order for you to claim a refund on your return. Without this, your return will be void. Please use the contact page to send us a message for your return.

If you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, your applicable store credit and/or refund will be applied back into the original account 2 - 5 business days after the order has been received and processed at our facility.
